PACE and East Miami On-site Recruitment

To all PACE graduates and students eligible for OJT:

We have another 5 star property in Miami coming for recruitment on November 22 (Antipolo Branch) and November 23 (BF Branch)

The¬†EAST, Miami¬†is part of the¬†Swire Hotels¬†group, very well known for its high end ‘lifestyle’ hotels in Hong Kong and China: The Upper House, The Opposite House, The EAST Hong Kong, The EAST Beijing, etc. and The EAST¬†Miami which just opened last year.

Senior High Kitchen Immersion Program 1st Batch

The course is a seventy hour kitchen immersion program designed for K12 students who are interested in pursuing a career in the field of culinary. Students will be exposed in the fundamentals of food, from history, safety and sanitation processes, knife skills, preparation and cooking methods and techniques.

The course is facilitated by a chef instructor through a combination of classroom lecture and hands-on activities. The students will be exposed to working in a real kitchen laboratory setting.

For students who will plan to take up any of PACE’s culinary and baking program after high school, SKIP will also be credited in their degree.

ISYC: Integrated School for Young Children partners with PACE

One of the biggest masterchef event we had this year! Thank you to ISYC for partnering with PACE and to all the kind teachers who helped us make this event possible. ISYC celebrated a Father and Child masterchef edition activity for their students and daddies to create a tighter bond with each other and to educate children that Dad’s can cook too!

PACE Virtual Recruitment for Fabio Trabocchi

Placement International Asia will be having a Virtual Recruitment for FABIO TRABOCCHI Restaurants on Thursday, October 12.

This program with Chef Fabio Trabocchi (earned a 2017 James Beard Award Best Chef) will be at one of their Washington DC based restaurants among which their Michelin Star fine dining flagship, Fiola by Fabio Trabocchi.

Start Date: January to March 2018
Open to Culinary graduates/students with any level of experience.
Stipend: $13 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week minimum
